Research Recommendation:
The study revealed that there are more fundamental livelihood challenges facing pastoral community at Mkwajuni village compared to the situation in Ihefu. Therefore, the central and local government and pastoralists should meet to discuss, among other things, solutions to reduce the challenges in the village and other pastoralist areas.
